Your Right to Data Deletion
At JBINDO, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process and what data will be affected.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile data
- License data: All license keys and domain activations
- Support tickets: All support ticket messages and attachments
- Download history: Records of file downloads
- Activation logs: License activation and deactivation records
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes:
- Transaction records: Order and payment records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by tax regulations. These records will be anonymized where possible.
- Email logs: Transactional email records may be retained for up to 1 year for audit purposes.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion through one of the following methods:
Via Support Ticket
Log in to your account, go to Support, and create a new ticket with the subject "Account & Data Deletion Request". Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
Via Email
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered full name for verification.
Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Account and data deletion will be completed within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Important Notes
- Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account, licenses, and all associated data cannot be recovered.
- All active licenses will be permanently deactivated upon account deletion.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion.
- Any unused license period will not be refunded upon account deletion.
