1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JBINDO services, website, and products (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JBINDO provides premium WordPress plugins with licensing, updates, and support services. We offer both free and paid tiers. Users are encouraged to try the free version before purchasing a premium license.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. License and Usage

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin according to the terms of your selected plan:

  • Personal License: Use on a limited number of sites as specified in the plan
  • Business License: Use on multiple sites as specified in the plan
  • Agency License: Use on unlimited sites as specified in the plan

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with third parties. Each license key is tied to the registered account and the authorized domains.

5. Free Trial

JBINDO provides a free version of the plugin so that users can evaluate the product before purchasing. Because a free trial is available, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the free version to ensure it meets their needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through our supported payment gateways. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

7. Refund Policy

Since we provide a fully functional free version for evaluation purposes, we do not offer refunds on any purchased licenses. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the product via the free version and that you are satisfied with its functionality.

8. Updates and Support

Active license holders are entitled to:

  • Plugin updates for the duration of their license
  • Technical support via our ticketing system
  • Access to the Knowledge Base and documentation

Support is limited to issues related to the plugin itself. We do not provide support for third-party theme or plugin conflicts, server configuration, or custom development.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the plugin for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share, distribute, or resell license keys
  • Attempt to bypass the licensing system or domain activation limits
  • Use automated tools to abuse the API or service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license will be deactivated
  • You must cease using the plugin on all sites
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining license period

11. Intellectual Property

The plugin, its source code, design, documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of JBINDO. Your license grants usage rights only; no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred.

12. Limitation of Liability

JBINDO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
